We could not have picked a better place to get married. Mairi and her staff were wonderful at getting everything organized and putting our minds at ease. They took the the time and patience to listen and answer all our questions. Even when there was a family emergency days before our wedding Lorraine was able to step in and help with all the last minute details. Our day was absolutely perfect! Everything looked beautiful and everything ran smoothly. We worried about nothing (except for standing up in front of all our guests). Our guests all commented about how beautiful the grounds at Scribner Bend are.

Scribner Bend was the perfect wedding location for us. It is a beautiful site that doesn't require much decoration. With the help and support of the staff at Scribner Bend, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams!

Our wedding day was perfect. While we imagine many couples say that, we truly mean it. It was perfect for many reasons not the least of which was Scribner Bend Vineyards. The location ideally provided beautiful surroundings that were lush with tall & full vines, flowers throughout and the serenity that comes from the vineyard and nearby river. We were able to have an evening event that took advantage of the various aspects of the vineyard each providing the feeling we were seeking: intimacy of the chardonnay garden for pre-wedding refreshments, joyous ceremony in the sunlight by the barn, a lavish & casually elegant tented lawn for dinner and romantic dancing under the stars. And every aspect had the intimacy and feeling of family you can only get with a family owned and cared for vineyard. The staff they have is an extension of the Scribner family and so too are you and your guests. We highly recommend Scribner Bend for the atmosphere, the flexibility and the personal touch.”

From the day I first visited the Scribner Bend Winery on a meandering Sunday afternoon get away, to when Mark and Lorraine Scribner congratulated us with a heartfelt hug on that sunny July evening, we could have never pictured a more perfect wedding experience.

Every moment of our wedding, the planning, the toasting of our "I do's", the last guest walking off the grounds- Scribner Bend Winery took such wonderful care of us. When I first walked onto the grounds of Scribner Bend, I knew that was the place I wanted to share my vows. I was so excited to find out my husband agreed! There was some special history there, we could tell. It was a place we could spend the evening celebrating with love, warmth, and our families. Rich and I couldn't have asked for anything more of the family of Scribner Bend Winery. They opened their doors and helped make our wedding day the most beautiful moment we could have ever imagined.
